CardioScan provides cardiac diagnostic technology, equipment, analysis and reporting services to healthcare organisations, including hospitals, NHS organisations, primary care providers, GPs, pharmacies and other healthcare providers.

Our services include cardiac diagnostic testing and reporting supported by our technology and reporting platform, BeatBox.

Information provided on this Site is for general information purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

We may delete or refuse to accept any Uploaded Content that we consider (in our absolute discretion) breaches these Terms or may cause reputational or operational harm to CardioScan.

Entire agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to its subject matter.

Application of Terms:
These Terms will continue to apply even when you are not using the Site and even if your access to the Site has been suspended or terminated.

Survival:
Clauses 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and this clause 10 and any other obligations which are expressed to, or by their nature, survive expiry or termination will survive expiry or termination of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
