Jeremy Steele —
Executive Chairman

Jeremy Steele is Executive Chairman of CardioScan. Jeremy has more than 20 years’ experience as an investor and advisor to fast growing businesses. Jeremy has worked with more than 15 Australian companies and has firsthand experience in managing accelerated growth both in Australia and overseas. Jeremy takes an active role in CardioScan working with the CEO on strategic partnerships and international expansion. Jeremy is also Managing Director of Harbert Australia Private Equity and Chairman of FastTrack (www.fasttrack.com.au). Jeremy holds a B.Com. from the University of Adelaide and was awarded a Future Leader Award at the 2007 Australia Future Summit.


Merredea Hudgson —
CEO and Board member

Merredea Hudgson is CardioScan’s CEO and a Board member of CardioScan. Merredea has over 30 years’ experience in the Healthcare industry. Immediately prior to joining CardioScan, Merredea was National Sales and Marketing Manager for the Cardiac Division of a major device company in Australia and New Zealand. This extensive role saw oversight of all diagnostic equipment as well as sales and marketing for the McKesson ECG management system, CPACS, PACS, Haemodynamic Systems and CVIS. Merredea has a clinical background and previous experience includes (but is not limited to) managing Day Surgery Centers, Business Development for a National Health IT company and involvement in ISO and ACHS accreditation.


Joshua Casey —
Non-Executive Director

Joshua Casey is a Non-Executive Director of CardioScan. Josh is a seasoned investment professional with more than 10 years experience in the field on behalf of listed and private clients. Josh works as an Investment Director at Harbert Australian Private Equity and is a Director of its investment FastTrack Pty Ltd. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.


 

Management

Jan Gielen —
CFO

Jan Gielen is CardioScan’s CFO with 20 years experience both locally and internationally as a Chartered Accountant. Initial years within the profession saw oversight of various disciplines mainly business services, tax and audit, servicing middle market clients with turnovers up to $100M. The last 13 years Jan has worked in financial controller and director roles across various industries from logistics to ICT.


Asaf Ziv —
CTO

Asaf Ziv is CardioScan’s CTO with extensive knowledge and experience in the Medical imaging and ICT industry. With an exceptional track record of enterprise health projects world-wide and system integration management, Asaf has more than 9 years of experience in Project Management in the health industry and over 10 years of experience in the ICT field. As the Company's Chief Technology Officer, Asaf is responsible for planning and executing technology strategies, system architecture designs and IT projects.


Francis Chan —
General Manager, Hong Kong

Francis Chan is the General Manager of CardioScan Hong Kong. Francis is also the founder of Leon Medical Supplies and Chariot Pharma Ltd, a Hong Kong company distributing medical devices, generic drugs and health supplements to clinics, hospitals and pharmacies in Hong Kong and Macau for more than 15 years.


Mahathir Jamah —
General Manager, Singapore

Mahathir Jamar is the General Manager of CardioScan Singapore, and is a Director of Business Development, Procurement and Facilities at our joint venture partner Singapore Medical Group, a listed primary health care provider in Singapore. Prior to this role he has a background as an application developer at Wired Media and graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a Bachelor of Accountancy and Financial Management, along with a Diploma of Computer Information Systems from Singapore Polytechnic
